For safe meat preparation, reference the USDA website. For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

    Preheat the grill or broiler.

    In a large bowl, combine seasoning mix with the beef and cheese and mix with clean hands until incorporated. Shape the meat into four ¼ pound burgers about 1-inch thick. Grill the burgers about 5 minutes on each side for a medium-well burger.

    Serve immediately on the hamburger buns.

    Optional: top with lettuce, tomato, onion.Optional: top with your favorite bottled Hidden Valley® Ranch Secret Sauce for extra ranch flavor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to prepare and fast to cook I like to mix the ingredients the day before and refrigerate them over night. (I prefer to leave the meat in one container and then shape the patties the next day.) This allows the flavors to blend together more evenly with the meat. After removing from the refrigerator the next day and forming the patties I allow a little time for the meat-patties to lose the “refrigerator chill” before placing them on the grill.
