Bowtie Pasta Chips with Ranch

    Cook pasta in a large pot of well-salted boiling water al dente, about 8 minutes total. Drain and pour into a bowl.

    Drizzle olive oil over the pasta and sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix and Parmesan cheese. Toss well until evenly coated.

    Working in batches, place the pasta in the basket of an air fryer and cook for about five minutes. Shake once or flip over and cook for another 3–5 minutes, until toasted and crisp.

    Serve with warm marinara or extra ranch dressing, for dipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crunchy and Satisfying. so many flavor combo ideas i remember when i saw the pasta chip trend months ago and i wanted to try it since. i tried it for the first time with this recipe and i loved it! super easy and surprisingly satisfying. crunchy and flavorful im the type who loves to make chips at home and these are so much better i cant wait for my next party to serve them. i cooked my noodles just a bit further than al dente and i used the black pepper parmesan seasoning with i bit of hot honey and garlic ranch to help the seasoning adhere to the chip and served it with creamy dill ranch dip. next time i will use buffalo ranch seasoning with cheezy cheez-it ranch and i am so excited
