    Blot dry red peppers. In food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peppers, dressing mix and cream cheese; process until smooth. Spread on baguette slices and garnish with olives, if desired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome dip I made this dip and couldn't stop piece after piece of celery buried in it . The dip was very refreshing and lite too. A bit tangy but not spicy. You can eat it with veggies, crackers or on a sandwich. Maybe in a pita or tortilla too. Lots of ways to be able to use this dip. Yummy Yummy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mmm! You can dip just about anything into this dip! I added a bit of salt to it and voila, perfect. I had to stop myself before getting the diabetes. I just kept eating and eating for 40 minutes. Must have gained 5 pounds on the spot! Quick to make and quick to devour. Double up on those ingredients!
