BLT’s – talk about a no-fuss recipe. Some of us love putting twists on traditional meals and this recipe for a Chicken BLT Salad shakes up the beloved bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. Instead of a sandwich, we love this creamy cold salad with chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese and adds a kick of flavor with Hidden Valley® Spicy Ranch Dressing served over a bed of leafy lettuce, or try in between bread for a tasty sandwich, this Chicken BLT Salad is another of our favorite no-fuss recipes. Prep Time: 15 mins Serves: 4 Ingredients 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped ¾ cup Hidden Valley® Spicy Ranch Dressing 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped 3 to 4 cups lettuce (I used Field Greens in mine) 2 tomatoes, chopped ½ cup mozzarella cheese, chopped into small cubes 4 green onions, chopped Instructions

1. Add chicken, tomatoes, cheese, green onions and bacon to a large bowl and stir to combine.
2. Add in Hidden Valley® Spicy Ranch Dressing and mix until fully combined.
3. Serve chicken salad on top of a bed of lettuce. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
