Hidden Valley Supports Partnership for a Healthier America and FNV’s Goal to Increase Produce Consumption

Getting kids to eat more fruits and veggies is a widespread concern as studies show that 9 in 10 children didn’t eat enough vegetables. Nutritionists and parents agree that providing dips and dressings – including ranch – is an effective way to help increase vegetable consumption among kids. Because of our role in helping kids reap the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, and because childhood dietary patterns are associated with food patterns later in life, encouraging children to eat more fruits and vegetables is a public health priority that Hidden Valley is proud to support.
Hidden Valley is joining with Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) and FNV, with the goal to help families eat and enjoy more fruits and veggies, more often. FNV is focused on shifting attitudes with an eye toward increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables among Millennials. It is supported by a collaboration of companies, celebrities, athletes and foundations.
Hidden Valley has supported this message for more than 10 years and has donated more than $1 million to nutrition education programs to help children consume more vegetables. We’re proud that Hidden Valley can provide a solution to help kids – and even parents – eat more vegetables.
