  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 2. In a bowl, add the mayonnaise and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix and stir until well blended.
  3. 3. In a shallow bowl or plate, place the bread crumbs. Dip each breast in the dressing mixture turning on all sides until well-coated, Shake off any excess dressing. Lay the chicken in the bread crumbs and turn until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Arrange the chicken on a parchment–lined half-sheet pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F or until juices run clear.
• For safe meat preparation, reference the USDA website.
• For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good; but undercooked. The chicken is excellent, however, if you only cook it 25 minutes, that is definitely not enough time! I took it out and it wasn't even 1/2 way cooked! We have a gas oven/stove and just replaced the gas valve, so we know it works properly. I ended up putting the chicken in another 17 minutes and it was cooked. Juicy, not dry, and very flavorful. My girls and husband loved it! I'll give it 5 stars if you change your bake time. :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious! I made this for dinner last night and it was SO good! Instead of using breadcrumbs I crushed up some rice chex and coated the chicken in that. We loved it! Such a simple recipe.
