If you're looking for a satisfying snack or hearty main dish, get ready to sink your teeth into pure flavor bliss. These tender steak bites are bursting with savory Ranch flavor and buttery garlic goodness.
boneless ribeye steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ½ lb
olive oil
2 tbsp
2 tsp
butter
3 tbsp
garlic, sliced
2 cloves
fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, toss the steak with the olive oil and the Hidden Valley™ Ranch Seasoning, Dressing & Recipe Mix until evenly coated.
Place the steak bites in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking once halfway through to cook evenly.
While the bites are cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the parsley.
Add the steak bites to the skillet and toss until everything is well coated and the internal temperature is 145°F, about one minute more. Serve immediately with Hidden Valley® Inverted Garlic Ranch Dressing on the side for dipping.
