Say hello to your new favorite side dish or snack. These deliciously dippable corn “ribs” are a flavor-packed twist on classic corn on the cob, bursting with savory Ranch flavor and a whisper of smoky paprika heat. * Image shows more ribs than recipe makes

2 ears
butter, melted
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
smoked paprika
½ tsp
1 tsp
kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
for drizzling
Remove the husks from the corn and cut off each end. Microwave corn for 2 minutes, to make it easier to slice through.
Cut each cob into four quarters lengthwise, so that you have 8 “ribs” total. Mix together the butter, olive oil, smoked paprika, Hidden Valley™ Ranch Seasoning, Dressing & Recipe Mix and salt and pepper to taste, and brush it on all sides of the corn.
Place the ribs in the basket of an air fryer in a single layer with some space in-between. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes total, flipping once halfway through.
Drizzle or brush with the Hidden Valley® Spicy Hot Honey Ranch and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot and eat off the cob.

Corn: Look for fresh, firm earns of corn for the best texture.
Seasoning: Let seasoning sit for 5-10 minutes before air frying to help the flavors absorb.
