Ingredients (6)

  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • ¾ pound blanched green beans, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • ¾ cup diced red onion
  • 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, combine tuna, green beans, onions, olives, and enough of the dressing to coat well; season with salt and pepper. Chill covered for 1 hour.

  • Step 2

    Serve chilled as a filling for sandwiches or as the centerpiece for a big green salad.
