    In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, mayonnaise, chicken broth, dressing mix and avocado chunks. Puree until smooth.

    Pour mixture into large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. If desired, garnish with chopped tomato, red onion and cucumber.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from cold soup = nope I have several family members who love avocado and all said they would really like to try this soup so I made it. I followed the recipe, but no one really cared for it. I wouldn't make it again.
