Avocado Ranch Soup

1 cup whole milk
¾ cup plain, low-fat yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 can (14½ ounces) chicken broth
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet
1 large, ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks, plus more for garnish
Step 1In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, mayonnaise, chicken broth, dressing mix and avocado chunks. Puree until smooth.
Step 2Pour mixture into large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. If desired, garnish with chopped tomato, red onion and cucumber.
