Bacon cheddar weiner whamp'ums
I cheated & used whamp'um's < rolled biscuits > added crumbled cooked bacon , cut up cheddar weiner & topped them off with mix of HVR & Frank's sauce. Baked til done & family went nuts over these .

I was surprised!
I used wheat buttermilk mix. I didn’t think this recipe would bake well. But. It did. Goes well with a bourbon cocktail. Another pleasant surprise.

Quick and easy snack
I made this for my nephews when they were over this afternoon and were hungry for something quick. It was definitely a step up from pigs in a blanket and were easy to throw together. The Hidden Valley Ranch was the icing on the cake so to speak ~ very tasty!

No one expected the bacon!
The bacon was such a delicious addition to regular cheese biscuits and only added very little effort. The taste makes the extra step worth it, really enjoyed by all! Will make with the avo soup soon!

Frankly the are Fabulous
My grandson's gobbled them up. They are ideal for under 2-4 year olds-since hot dogs present a choking hazard for this age group. For the older kids, I cut dogs in half and tuck into the dropped dough for quick and easy piggies in a blanket.

Couldn't get past the weirdness
These actually didn't taste too bad, but I was only able to eat one because I just could not get past the weirdness of having chopped up hot dogs in it. I will not be making these again.
