Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange fish fillets in a large, oiled or parchment-lined baking pan.

Spread each fillet with 2 tablespoons ranch dressing. If using vegetables, arrange thinly sliced vegetables on a separate oiled or parchment-lined baking pan, drizzle with olive oil, seasoning shaker and pepper as desired.

Bake at 375°F for 10 to 20 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork; vegetables should be tender.
