    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x9-inch oven-proof glass casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.

    In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, ranch seasoning mix and mustard until well combined. Stir in the cheese, ham and bread, and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and spread out evenly. At this point, you can cover and hold in the fridge overnight, or bake immediately.

    When ready to bake, place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until set and golden on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Baked Ham and Cheese Ranch Casserole This was so much easier than making individual ham and cheese omelets. I did add a few extra ingredients to this casserole. I added 1 green pepper diced, 1 medium onion diced, and 1 8oz package of mushrooms sliced and sauteed. My husband and the grandchildren devoured it.
