½ teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme, basil, parsley, or dill)
1½ tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons plain, dry bread crumbs
2 large tomatoes
Preheat an oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine seasoning mix, herbs, Parmesan and bread crumbs.
Step 2Cut tomatoes in half. Top each half with 1 tablespoon of the bread crumb mixture.
Step 3Bake until lightly browned and tomatoes are tender—about 15 minutes.
