sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

beer (amber ale recommended; amount will vary depending on desired thickness of dip)

In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attached, mix cream cheese, seasoning mix, and shredded sharp cheddar on medium speed until well combined, about 2 minutes.
