Air Fried Black Pepper Ranch Chicken Skewers
Fire up your air fryer and turn up the flavor. These Black Pepper Ranch Chicken Skewers are your new go-to for game day, backyard bites or winning weeknight dinners. Every crispy-on-the-outside and tender-on-the-inside bite is packed with savory Ranch flavor and a punch of black pepper.

boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 ½ lb
lemon zest

olive oil
1 tbsp
unsalted butter, partially melted
3 tbsp
lemon zest
2 tsp
sugar
½ tsp
lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp
wooden skewers, soaked for 15-20 minutes

In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken, lemon zest, 2 teaspoons of the Hidden Valley® Black Pepper Parmesan Premium Recipe Mix and olive oil together until well coated. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers until there is an even amount, close together but not too tight.

Lay the skewers down into the basket of your air fryer. Air fry for 12 minutes at 400°F. Flip and air fry for another 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Meanwhile, make the glaze. In a small bowl mix together the butter, lemon zest, sugar, remaining teaspoon seasoning mix and lemon juice.

Once the skewers are cooked, baste with the lemon pepper butter, drizzle with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Topping & Dressing, and serve immediately.
