Easy,Cheesy and tasty.
This popped up in my feed so I figured I’d make it. Quick and easy. Next time I may add sharp cheddar to the top before it’s done and some bread crumbs. I’m also considering finishing it in the pellet grill instead of the oven for a little smoke flavor.

Very delicious meal. I didn't expect there to be so much prep work between making the shredded chicken, grating all the cheddar, and making the roux, but it was all worth it! I tried to upload a picture, but this platform doesn't recognize my file saved from snapchat. Just take my word for it.

Absolutely love!
I made this for a new side dish for my kids and you ginger siblings to try because they are just the pickiest eaters but anything to do with Mac and cheese they will try! It was a huge hit! We typically waste food far more than I would like but not a bit of this went to waste! Everyone even had seconds of it!
