    Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.

    In a small bowl, mix together the butter and hot pepper sauce. Drizzle over the popcorn and gently toss to coat.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and salt over the popcorn and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buffalo Ranch **CARAMEL Popcorn ** is sweet, salty Buffalo Ranch **CARAMEL Popcorn ** is sweet, salty, spicy, and crunchy. After making your caramel sauce, remove from the heat and very carefully stir in the hot sauce and butter. Return to a boil and cook another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in ranch mix, baking soda 1/4 tsp, and 1/8 tsp cayenne. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and stir to coat. Spread the popcorn into a single layer in the prepared pan or baking sheet. Put in a 300-degree oven for 5-10 minutes to set and dry. Remove and let cool.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great flavor, bad recipe My popcorn tasted great with this topping, but the recipe is way off- a good 3/4 of the popcorn was soggy mush after pouring the topping on. I definitely plan to make this again, but I think I'll do each ingredient separately and keep an eye on the consistency- pour on a little butter, then a little Frank's, then add the ranch and salt once it looks good.

I would have never bought to you the ranch seasoning until I saw it on here! My girlfriends said it was very yummy!
