For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place baguette slices onto prepared baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling; set aside to cool.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, seasoning mix, tomatoes and basil just until fully incorporated.
Place dip in serving bowl. Serve with melted cheese crostini.
