Caramelized Onion and Ranch Mushroom Poppers


Ingredients(7)
- unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon 
- yellow onion, diced small - 1 
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces 
- ½ packet 
- button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed - 1 pound 
- panko bread crumbs - ⅓ cup 
- olive oil - 2 teaspoons

- 1Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish. 
- 2Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add the onions and cook until golden, about 10 minutes. Allow onions to cool slightly. 
- 3Stir together cream cheese, onions, and seasoning mix in a medium bowl until well-combined, then spoon some of the mixture into each mushroom. Toss the breadcrumbs and olive oil together in a small bowl, and sprinkle on top of each mushroom. 
- 4Bake for 20 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden and the mushrooms are cooked through. Serve immediately.
