button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed 1 pound

panko bread crumbs ⅓ cup

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add the onions and cook until golden, about 10 minutes. Allow onions to cool slightly.

Stir together cream cheese, onions, and seasoning mix in a medium bowl until well-combined, then spoon some of the mixture into each mushroom. Toss the breadcrumbs and olive oil together in a small bowl, and sprinkle on top of each mushroom.

Bake for 20 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden and the mushrooms are cooked through. Serve immediately.
