  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2. Scoop the potato out of skins; coat inside of skins with the dressing. Place potato back into skins. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions and/or bacon bits, if desired.

• For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shylo57's Review: Cheesy Cheddar Boats I love Baked Potatoes. I love Cheddar Cheese. I love Hidden Valley original Ranch Dressing! I love Bacon! So with a mix of 4 of my favorite foods adding Green Onions for zing and it is so delicious! It is also so very easy to make! My family and friends always ask for this side dish when I am cooking! These flavors are absolutely wonderful together! You must try it! I sometimes mix another ingredidient or 2 with it to make it a single dish meal, such as left over grilled chicken & mushrooms; or smoked ham, swiss cheese, & chopped steamed asparagus! There are so many ways to mix and match other foods with this recipe to make it a full meal deal! So when i make baked potatoes, I always make 2 or 3 times as many as I need and use the left overs for twice baked patatoe boats!
