Use muffin tins (upside down) to bake in the last 10 minutes. Won't tip over. So many mix ins you could use in this: cooked sausage crumbles, diced ham, pepperoni or salami. Add finely chopped broccoli, or tomatoes. Crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese... yum. Works great with a nice grilled steak.
