Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

3 cups sour cream
6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
½ cup sliced scallions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
28 oz. shredded hash browns, refrigerated or frozen
Step 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Step 2Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Step 3Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40–45 minutes, until crisp and golden.
Step 4Serve warm.
