sour cream 3 cups

thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled 6 slices

sliced scallions ½ cup

shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups

shredded hash browns, refrigerated or frozen 28 oz.

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

2Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated.

3Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40–45 minutes, until crisp and golden.

4Serve warm.
