Chick This Out Ranch Salad

- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup frozen baby peas thawed
- ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
- 1 apple cored, peeled, diced
- 4 ounces cooked chicken diced
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- whole wheat, toasted bread
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1. In a large bowl, add chicken, celery, apples, peas and onion and dressing and toss to evenly coat. Serve on slices of toasted whole wheat bread and romaine lettuce leaves.
