  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup frozen baby peas thawed
  • ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1 apple cored, peeled, diced
  • 4 ounces cooked chicken diced
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • whole wheat, toasted bread
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  1. 1. In a large bowl, add chicken, celery, apples, peas and onion and dressing and toss to evenly coat. Serve on slices of toasted whole wheat bread and romaine lettuce leaves.
