Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients (8)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched or raw
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

Steps (3)

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, Parmesan cheese and seasoning packet.
  • Step 3
    Add drained pasta, broccoli, chicken, carrots and red onion. Toss and serve.
