distilled white vinegar 2 tablespoons

cooked brown rice or white rice, cooled 4 cups

shredded carrot ½ cup

golden raisins or dark raisins ½ cup

chopped green onions ¼ cup

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

1In a medium bowl, combine the apple juice, oil, vinegar, and seasoning mix and whisk until well blended.

2In a large bowl, combine rice, carrots, raisins, green onions and dressing mixture and toss until evenly coated. Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours before serving.
