- 1 packet Hidden Valley® Fiesta Ranch Dips Mix
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¾ cup mashed avocado
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped fine
- sea salt, to taste
Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add olive oil, lime juice, garlic, avocado, cilantro and walnuts. Season to taste with sea salt. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate for one hour to thicken.
