Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place sliced bread on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.

Meanwhile, stir together the dips mix and mayonnaise until well blended. Fold in the cooked turkey and set aside.
Step 3
Remove bread from oven and let cool slightly. Top each with a piece of lettuce, about 1 tablespoon turkey salad mixture and a half slice of tomato. Serve immediately.

Great appetizersI made these crostini,for the 4th of July, my birthday, but I made without turkey. I used bacon..i call them BLTini.
