Leftover Cooked Turkey, Finely Chopped 3 cups
lettuce and tomato 32 small pieces each
Hidden Valley® Bacon Ranch Topping & Dressing

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place sliced bread on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.

Meanwhile, place dressing into a mixing bowl, fold in the cooked turkey and set aside.

Remove bread from oven and let cool slightly. Top each with a piece of lettuce, about 1 tablespoon turkey salad mixture and a half slice of tomato. Serve immediately.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tannerbabes19 from This recipe needs some work...First off instead of using the bacon ranch since it's not something I use regularly, I didn't want to waste the money and let it sit in the fridge, so I used the regular hidden valley ranch but just the light since it tastes better to me. To get that bacon flavor I added think sliced bacon pieces to the mixture, but the key is to sprinkle it on top so the bacon doesn't get soft and keeps the crunchy texture that this recipe sooo needed!!
