1 baguette, cut into ½-inch slices (about 32)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups finely chopped, cooked turkey
32 small pieces each lettuce and tomato
Step 1Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place sliced bread on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
Meanwhile, place dressing into a mixing bowl, fold in the cooked turkey and set aside.
Step 3Remove bread from oven and let cool slightly. Top each with a piece of lettuce, about 1 tablespoon turkey salad mixture and a half slice of tomato. Serve immediately.
