    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place sliced bread on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.

    Meanwhile, place dressing into a mixing bowl, fold in the cooked turkey and set aside.

    Remove bread from oven and let cool slightly. Top each with a piece of lettuce, about 1 tablespoon turkey salad mixture and a half slice of tomato. Serve immediately.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Swell as is - needs more texture This is a tasty Turkey Club Crostini Recipe. I substituted Cooked Chicken on time and like it better. Also, I added fresh onion, pepper and celery to more suit my taste.
