    Place sliced bread on large baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil, if desired. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove from oven and top each with a piece of lettuce, about 1 tablespoon turkey salad mixture, and a half slice of tomato.
