1 baguette, cut into ½-inch slices (about 32)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Bacon Ranch Flavored Dips Mix
¾ cup mayonnaise
3 cups finely chopped, cooked turkey
32 small pieces each lettuce and tomato
Step 1Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place sliced bread on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
Step 2Meanwhile, stir together the dips mix and mayonnaise until well blended. Fold in the cooked turkey and set aside.
Step 3Remove bread from oven and let cool slightly. Top each with a piece of lettuce, about 1 tablespoon turkey salad mixture and a half slice of tomato. Serve immediately.
