Ingredients (6)

  • 1 baguette, cut into ½-inch slices (about 32)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cups finely chopped, cooked turkey
  • 32 small pieces each lettuce and tomato

Steps (3)

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place sliced bread on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, stir together the dips mix and mayonnaise until well blended. Fold in the cooked turkey and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Remove bread from oven and let cool slightly. Top each with a piece of lettuce, about 1 tablespoon turkey salad mixture and a half slice of tomato. Serve immediately.
