This Cold Pasta Primavera Salad recipe, made with Hidden Valley Ranch, is fresh, veggie-packed, full of creamy ranch flavor. It’s an easy make‑ahead pasta salad that works well as a side dish, for lunches or dinners, and for gatherings like picnics, potlucks, BBQs or the next time you're grilling.

  • 3 tbsp of shaker OR 1 packet of Hidden Valley™ Ranch Seasoning, Dressing & Recipe Mix

  • milk

    ½ cup

  • mayonnaise

    ½ cup

  • olive oil or vegetable oil

    3 tbsp

  • rotini (corkscrew) pasta

    1 box (16 ounces)

  • green onions, chopped

  • medium radishes, thinly sliced

  • cherry tomatoes, halved

    1 cup

  • frozen broccoli florets, steamed

    1 cup

  • red or green bell pepper, cut into small chunks

  • medium zucchini, cut into ¼-inch slices

    In a small bowl, mix Hidden Valley™ Original Ranch™ Seasoning with milk and mayonnaise. Slowly whisk the dressing together with the oil until emulsified. Set aside.

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cool water and drain.

    In a large bowl, combine the pasta and the remaining ingredients.

    Add the dressing and toss until well coated.

    Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.
