Green Eggs and Ham
The color green is not something that sounds tasty which takes away from the recipe, although it doesn't taste bad. I like ham, but I think hamburger meat and eggs would be more tasty and tends to mix better than the ham. I wouldn't recommend this recipe mainly because of the ingredients used.

A hit with the Kids
My kids love eggs and ham. This was a hit with them. Made for a nice change
from our traditional Sunday morning breakfast. Definately reccommend for anyone to try.

Delicious
This was delicious. Easy to prepare with little prep time, just chopping up the spinach leaves. We use the whole english muffin and made it as a sandwich.

Yummy
Very good! I made it without the spinach because I have a lot of picky siblings. It was still very good

Colorful Eggs and Ham
I am surprised they didn't call this green eggs and ham. Anyway, I found it was very easy to make. Since I prefer bagels over muffins I might next time use sliced and toasted bagel halves instead of the English muffin. Anyway, these were very simple to make, and it didn't take much time to make. I made these for lunch as a quick meal. They were very good and much better than the fast food breakfast.

Something different
We tried this as something different for a fun and surprising April fool's Day morning meal. Unfortunately none of us really cared for it. We wouldn't make it again.

Green eggs and ham!
What a fun version of green eggs and ham!! As another reviewer stated, we like cheddar but the kids like the American cheese.

Used Cheddar instead of American cheese
Made this colorful eggs and ham recipe but used cheddar cheese instead of american and came out very well and delicious. Was easy to make and didn't take much time to make. Will definitely be making again and again for a fast breakfast or lunch.

interesting idea
Good basic recipe. I subbed in sliced turkey. To the eggs add a touch of milk, browned sliced onions in some olive oil added that also, along with a pinch or two of red pepper flakes. Melt finely grated Parmesan cheese on top of cooked eggs. Sometimes I add bacon bits to the mix.

The adults loved it!
As my header states, the adults absolutely love this recipe! The kids, on the other hand, struggled with the “look” of it. I do think that if they tried it, they would have loved it as well.
My husband says he nows craves this for breakfast and lunch!

For tricky egg eaters
if you don't love eggs as-is, this makes them look different and perhaps more palatable while still getting you all the protein and cholesterol.

Breakfast punch-up!
My seven year old loved these eggs! I got a coupon for a free product sample from the Hidden Valley website and used it to try the light dressing. This recipe was the perfect place to try it out. This is a great way to get greens into the kiddos! I will say next time I make it, I will be trading the American cheese for something a bit stronger, like a cheddar. It won't melt as well, but the ranch overpowers the milder cheeses.

Better on a biscuit
This is great. I've made it twice now with bacon, not ham. The first time I used English muffins, as recommended, and the second time I used buttermilk biscuits. It was so much better on biscuits!
