½ head green cabbage thinly sliced, (about 6 cups)
¼ cup red bell pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
3 stalks celery finely chopped
Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing and the sugar until well blended.
Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for at least 2 hours (overnight is best) before serving.
