Cool Ranch Coleslaw
- ½ head green cabbage thinly sliced, (about 6 cups)
- ¼ cup red bell pepper
- ¾ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 stalks celery finely chopped
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing and the sugar until well blended.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for at least 2 hours (overnight is best) before serving.
