    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

    In a bowl, add the mayonnaise and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix and stir until well blended.
  • Step 3
    In a shallow bowl or plate, place the bread crumbs. Dip each breast in the dressing mixture turning on all sides until well-coated, shaking off any excess dressing. Lay the chicken in the bread crumbs and turn until evenly coated.
  • Step 4
    Arrange the chicken on a parchment–lined half-sheet pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F or until juices run clear.

    *For chicken breasts weighing 6-8 ounces, increase cooking time to 40-45 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and Easy! I went to make this and in the middle of doing so, I realized I didn't have breadcrumbs. While rummaging through tge cupboards I found a bag of Durkee French Fried Onions. I substituted with a few crushed handfuls of the onions and it gave it explosive flavor!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recipe was a hit! My youngest daughter helped me make this. We used boneless skinless thighs instead of breasts. It came out great. I love adding the small gold potatoes to meats baked in the oven. I also added carrots, but they took a little longer to cook. The kids enjoyed it.
