Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

* Always follow manufacturer’s instructions.

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  2. 2
    In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and seasoning mix until well-blended. Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or plate.

    Dip each breast in the mayonnaise mixture, turning on all sides until well-coated, shaking off any excess. Lay the chicken in the breadcrumbs and turn until evenly coated.

    Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake approximately 25 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F or until juices run clear. (For chicken breasts weighing 6 to 8 ounces, increase cooking time to 40 to 45 minutes.)

I however changed it by adding parmesan grated cheese and sift it in with the bread crumbs as a breading mix. It provides a ranchy but cheesy flavor without the melted look or taste. You get parmesan chicken but with Hidden Valley's excellent flavor. Once in a while I will change out the mayo and put in Miracle Whip for a more tangy taste, preferred by the kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT TASTING I made this chicken and my 15 yr. old grandson who is a very picky eater said "OMG" this is the best tasting,He ranted and raved all night long.So it was a big hit.I had no mayo so I used miracle whip. The only suggestion I have is to make sure and have a pair of gloves due to the fact it gets sort of messy when you put the chicken in the mayo,and then in the crumbs.

The breading was nice and crisp and the chicken was moist and flavorful. I did lose some of the breading when I flipped the drumsticks halfway through, but otherwise perfect!

I tried this recipe and it turned out really good. Having a crunchy and zesty flavored coating on the chicken breasts made a livelier meal. My husband and I enjoyed them and it wasn't difficult to make.
