Crunchy Vegetable and Cheddar Salad

½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, diced
1 can (8.75 ounces) corn, drained
1 cup chopped cauliflower florets
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
2 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
butter lettuce leaves, optional
Step 1In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients, except for the lettuce, until well-coated with dressing. Serve the salad immediately on its own, or if desired, spoon into butter lettuce leaves arranged on a serving platter.
