Ingredients

  • ½ cup Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 can (8.75 ounces) kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup small broccoli florets
  • 2 medium tomatoes, stems and seeds removed, diced
  • butter lettuce cups, optional

Directions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and toss to coat. Serve immediately. For a fun option, serve in butter lettuce cups.

• For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.
