Ingredients (7)

  • sharp cheddar cheese, diced ½ cup
  • corn, drained 1 can (8.75 ounces)
  • chopped cauliflower florets 1 cup
  • chopped broccoli florets 1 cup
  • medium tomatoes, seeds removed and diced 2
  • Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing ½ cup
  • butter lettuce leaves, optional
For safe meat preparation, reference the USDA website. For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

    In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients, except for the lettuce, until well-coated with dressing. Serve the salad immediately on its own, or if desired, spoon into butter lettuce leaves arranged on a serving platter.
