Ingredients (7)

  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 can (8.75 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
  • butter lettuce leaves, optional

Steps (1)

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients, except for the lettuce, until well-coated with dressing. Serve the salad immediately on its own, or if desired, spoon into butter lettuce leaves arranged on a serving platter.
  • For safe meat preparation, reference the USDA website.
    For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.
