loving my veggies

This makes "11" cups depending on the veggie cuts. I used the bacon ranch dressing. Plus, served with cooked crispy bacon on the side as a topping. Store in a plastic bowl with lid in the frig overnight, then give a good shake before serving. Goes great with toasted garlic bread.

Refreshing salad
The crunchy vegetable make-ahead salad is so refreshing. I love the crunchy bites. This salad is great for a party, because you can make it ahead. I add some yellow pepper for more color.
