    Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil. Let cool.

    While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. Whisk together the mayo, sour cream, pickle juice and seasoning mix.

    In a large bowl, mix the pasta with the pickles, bacon and tomatoes, if using. Toss with the dressing until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dill Pickle Ranch Pasta Salad This was a different pasta salad than I normally make. We don't use that much mayonnaise in our family. I went ahead and tried this salad according to the recipe. It tasted good, but I think the next time I will maybe use less mayonnaise and substitute it with sour cream instead.
