Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil. Let cool.

While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. Whisk together the mayo, sour cream, pickle juice and seasoning mix.

In a large bowl, mix the pasta with the pickles, bacon and tomatoes, if using. Toss with the dressing until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.

Easy to adaptSo good! I’m not a tomato fan, so I’m adding red onion and green pepper to get in more veggies. I’m also adding some cubed ham for a little more protein! Bringing it to work tomorrow to share with my ER friends

Dilly Ranch DelightI'm loving the blending of the dill and ranch flavors. The salad was even better the next day. The second tome I made it I added pickle juice to the pasta water and no salt. Very good.
