Ingredients (8)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • ½ cup Cotija cheese
  • ¼ cup cilantro, divided
  • Serve with assorted crackers and bean chips

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream cheese, thawed corn, lime zest and juice, Cotija cheese, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix and half of the cilantro. Pour into a serving dish, garnish with remaining cilantro.
