1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
½ cup Cotija cheese
¼ cup cilantro, divided
assorted crackers and bean chips, for serving
Step 1In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream cheese, corn, Cotija cheese, dips mix and half of the cilantro. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with remaining cilantro.
Step 2Serve with assorted crackers and bean chips.
