  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • ½ cup Cotija cheese
  • ½ packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
  • ¼ cup cilantro, divided
  • Serve with assorted crackers and bean chips


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream cheese, thawed corn, lime zest and juice, Cotija cheese, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix and half of the cilantro. Pour into a serving dish, garnish with remaining cilantro.
