    In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream cheese, corn, Cotija cheese, dips mix and half of the cilantro. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with remaining cilantro.

    Serve with assorted crackers and bean chips.

It was easy to make and I was hoping it would be as good as it looked like in the picture. It was better than I could’ve imagined. The sweet pop of the corn in contrast with the saltiness of the different cheeses. Sooo good!
