    Prepare dips mix according to package directions. In food processor bowl fitted with metal blade, combine prepared dip, beans and sour cream. Process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer dip to serving dish; stir in bell pepper.

    Garnish with cilantro and serve with chips.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jazz it up a bit Al fresco -- Italian for "in the cool/fresh [air]". So, any dip could be this. I don't care for cilantro much, so I replaced it with parsley and chives folded in, plus avocado & diced tomato. Served with warmed up tortilla chips.
