    Prepare dips mix according to package directions. In food processor bowl fitted with metal blade, combine prepared dip, beans and sour cream. Process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer dip to serving dish; stir in bell pepper.

    Garnish with cilantro and serve with chips.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water! I made this following the recipe to a T, and it came out like soup! It was SO thin it looked more like a drink than a dip. I think the flavor was good, but I couldn't eat it because it was so watery. I tried dumping half of it out and adding a TON more sour cream, but that almost seemed to make it even thinner. I tried leaving it in the fridge overnight, but it was still very soupy the next day. And as a last resort I added corn starch, but I had to add SO MUCH to get a thick chip dip consistency that it just tasted grainy and disgusting. I ended up having to throw it away. Definitely do not recommend this recipe!
