Ingredients (11)

  • 1 teapsoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped avocado
  • ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons minced jalapeño pepper
  • tortillas

  • Step 1
    Place garlic, salt and red wine vinegar in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Step 2
    Add tomatoes, avocado, black beans, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño and dressing; gently toss to combine.

    Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gotta love taco night! Taco night is always a must every week at our house! This is a great way to kick out the jar salsa and add some nice and fresh! We love topping our taco salads with it with lime juice! For a kick I add jalapeños!
