Apple & Zucchini Ranch Garden Coleslaw

Nothing says summer like cool, creamy coleslaw. Our gluten-free Apple and Zucchini Ranch Garden Coleslaw recipe is loaded with zesty ranch flavor. This summer cookout fave is easy to prepare ahead of time, and you can serve it chilled as a side dish or as a topping for burgers and sandwiches.     In a large bowl, whisk the dressing with the cider until well blended. Add the zucchini, cabbage and apple and toss until well-coated. Chill covered for at least 2 hours before serving.
