Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes, peeled, large dice

Peel and chop your potatoes into 1 inch cubes.

Toss them into a pot and bring to a boil.

In a separate pan, warm your ½ & ½ and butter together.

When warmed, turn off the heat and add your Hidden Valley Ranch® Garlic seasoning.

Mix and set aside.

When the potatoes are tender, strain, and return back to the sauce pot.

Mash your potatoes as chunky or as smooth as you’d like.

Now that the potatoes are mashed, add in your milk mixture. Mix well

Serve right away & enjoy!
