Gluten-Free Pretzel-Crusted RanchChicken Tenders
Pretzel crumbs and ranch mix make the perfect crust for this simple snack.

eggs
- 1 cup
crushed gluten-free pretzels (crush into small crumbs)
- 2 teaspoons
- 1<sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>4</sub> pounds
chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons
olive oil or melted butter

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick spray or oil.

In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the eggs. On a plate, spread out the pretzel crumbs and mix well with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker.

Dip each chicken tender into the eggs, shaking off excess. Press into the crumbs, coating well on all sides. Place onto the tray.

Drizzle tenders with the olive oil or melted butter. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing or your favorite dip.
